Initial Consultation (Required)

 

Completion of 5 "Information Gathering" forms, my analysis of the information, and an "in person" or phone interview where I gather yet more information and ask any necessary questions.
 

NOTE--For  Returning Clients:  If there is more than a 2-month break-in-service, then another "Initial Consultation" will be required.

Fitness Evaluation (Optional)

 

Fitness Assessment, Postural Assessment, Flexibility Assessment, and Body Composition Analysis via Lange Skinfold Calipers.

Personal Training:  Resistance Training & Cardio 

 

Per session/55-minutes (on-site @ BodyMechanic Gym)

Economy Plan:  Exercise Prescription/Program and 2 personal training sessions (any agreed upon location).

 

"Internet Training":  IF YOU ARE A KNOWLEDGEABLE "WEIGHT LIFTER," then I can offer you resistance training programs via the internet that include video clips of each exercise and your personal site for feedback and information.    Weekly Programs are more detailed than Quarterly Programs as I will receive more feedback from you sooner (via your personal feedback site) and can modify intensity (with changes in weight, mode, repetitions, time, frequency, etc.) more often than I can for a Quarterly Program.

 

Long Distance Economy Plan:  IF YOU ARE A KNOWLEDGEABLE "WEIGHT LIFTER," I can offer "printable" or "hard copy" forms for resistance training programs.  These can be emailed/snail-mailed.

Coaching/Running Programs:

 

Gait/Form/Technique Analysis (includes 2 contact sessions) 1 session for video taping, 1 session to discuss the analysis.  **This can also be achieved long distance--contact me for information.

 

*Coaching-by-the-Hour:  This is a nice option if you just have a few questions you need answered by an experienced professional (billed in 15-minute increments.
Then again, some folks want unlimited access to me and don't want the time constraints that are put on phone calls and emails associated with the "Complete Running Programs."  For those folks (where money is no object), this is the way to go.  I bill you for all the time I spend designing your program, making revisions as necessary, as well as all the time we spend on the phone and writing emails, etc.
This is also how I bill you if, after you finish your "Complete Program," you want a few more weeks of programming to recover and peak for another race a month or two "down the road!" 

 

Running Coaching/Running Programs (4 month minium): Includes a personalized running program at the beginning of each month—based on your goals, limitations, and time commitment.

*Hourly or long-term personal training or coaching program fees include 3 phone calls (totaling 15 min.) or the equivalent in emails and/or phone calls the first month and 2 phone calls (or email/phone call combo) totaling 10 min. each month thereafter.  Longer calls or calls and emails that exceed this allotment will be charged at the hourly rate of $85/hour.

 

Meal Plans & Grocery Lists:

 

Meal plans are formulated by registered dieticians and are designed to meet your needs and goals.  There are a wide variety of  meal plans that are designed to meet the needs of everyone (those with diabetes, vegetarians, etc.)  With this program, you will also have access to many healthy recipes and the ability to track your progress.

Payment due at time of service; monthly fees due at the beginning of each month.
